Celebrating one billion views on SLIPKNOT official YouTube channel, the band is sharing an interactive, 360-degree video for the song “The Shape,”, taken from their second album, ‘Iowa.’ The song was performed live for the very first time during the band’s 2016 Knotfest performance.
The video is directed by Shawn “Clown” Crahan, who explained to Rolling Stone: “From the beginning, Slipknot's goal has always been world domination. That goal is still the same today. The video for 'The Shape,' filmed at our festival Knotfest with our 'maggots,' and over 1 billion views on our YouTube channel, proves it's happening. Like it or not."
