Lyrics:
We are origin
We are increate
You will see our coming for a thousand years
Every violent element incarnate
Made flesh and fused to one

You may call us Remnant
As we are all that will be left
Brought forth by ancient whisper
Deployed by inverse suns
To capture the essence of creation
And render it undone
We come to make all things collide
Those joules define what we are
An energy born in dissonance
Long before first ever star
Baptized in the river you call time
We know that we are sacred
In human tongue we're apocalypse
For we bring with us obliteration

Through spectacles tuned to infinity
You will see our coming for a thousand years
You will know us then for what we truly are
The realization of every fear

KORN New Video is Totally 'Insane'

After the audio video, Korn Release the official video of 'Insane'.
Insane is one of the track of their upcoming album The Serenity Of Suffering - available October 21st from Roadrunner Records, follows on the current Korn hit “Rotting in Vain,” which released before and itself had a rather dark video. Both songs appear on the same album. The album was produced by Nick Raskulinecz.

[Loudwire] As you can see in the player above, Korn have indulged their macabre side with the assistance of director Ryan Valdez, delivering a ghastly take on post-mortem photography (or momento mori), the practice of preserving loved ones after death with images. As for the track, it’s straight-up Korn heavy, with some brutal Jonathan Davis belting and a bouncing beat bolstered by by a crushing wall of guitars and bass. The song feels like a perfect fit within the band’s catalog, reminiscent of some of their earlier works.

Lyrics:
[Intro]
Lies!

[Verse 1]
Things keep ending up this way (come and get off)
Another notch is carved away
In the thoughts of mass decay
Funny how things end up this way
[Chorus]
Beaten down, dominated by its sound
Growing deep within my head
Softly dying, its soul is shed
Eating me all up inside
This cancer finds everything I hide
Living my life horrified
Nothing will keep this pacified and out my life
(Lies) Does nobody know I'm insane?

[Verse 2]
Satisfaction is delayed (come and get off)
Its motivation is displayed
Finding its misogyny
Funny how I die and go away (come and get off)

[Chorus]
Beaten down, dominated by its sound
Growing deep within my head
Softly dying, its soul is shed
Eating me all up inside
This cancer finds everything I hide
Living my life horrified
Nothing will keep this pacified and out my life
(Lies) Does nobody know I'm insane?

[Bridge]
I'm constantly beat up inside
And I'm the one to blame
No one can relate to me
Does nobody know I'm insane?

[Pre-Chorus]
Beaten down, dominated by its sound
Living my life horrified
Nothing will keep this pacified and out my life

[Chorus]
Beaten down, dominated by its sound
Growing deep within my head
Softly dying, its soul is shed
Eating me all up inside
This cancer finds everything I hide
Living my life horrified
Nothing will keep this pacified and out my life
(Lies) Does nobody know I'm insane?

"The Vengeance in Me" from the Super Band SERPENTINE DOMINION

The Metal superband Serpentine Dominion released "The Vengeance in Me" from the album "Serpentine Dominion" out on October 28 via Metal Blade. The band's line up: Adam D (Killswitch Engage) - guitars/vocals, George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher (Cannibal Corpse) - vocals, Shannon Lucas (ex-The Black Dahlia Murder) - drums

[Blabbermouth] The origins of SERPENTINE DOMINION can be traced back to 2009's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, which boasted a lineup that included KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, CANNIBAL CORPSE and THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER. During that fateful summer, Dutkiewicz made a proposition to Fisher: "George, I want to write you a record." On the Mayhem fest tour, Lucas, who performed with THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER through 2012, was tapped to record drums on the album. Between 2009 and 2016, CANNIBAL CORPSE and KILLSWITCH ENGAGE released three albums each, so scheduling time to work on SERPENTINE DOMINION was no easy feat — but when their rigorous schedules allowed, SERPENTINE DOMINION began to come together, with KILLSWITCH ENGAGE vocalist Jesse Leach penning the lyrics, which touch on corruption within the government, religion, big business, and other timely issues. Ultimately, though, this debut is a pure passion project; it was written and recorded simply for why musicians get into music in the first place: fun

"Serpentine Dominion" track listing:
01. Intro
02. The Vengeance In Me
03. Vanquished Unto Thee
04. Divide, Conquer, Burn, And Destroy
05. Sovereign Hate
06. On The Brink Of Devastation
07. Jagged Cross Legions
08. Prelude
09. This Endless War

Preorder album here Serpentine Dominion

LYRICS
You were the ones that we believed
Betrayed and Deceived
Fooled by all we see
No more
Betrayed by all the lies
All hope and faith die
Sever all of our ties
No more
Traitors
Betray the ones who trust
Deceivers
No more
Suffer this sickness
For intolerance
Plague the innocent No more
Traitors
Betray the ones who trust
Deceivers
This must end
Why must we suffer why must we die when in the end
Vengeance prevails

Consume them. Vengeance
Destroy them. Vengeance
Atonement. Vengeance
Unleash the vengeance in me

Eradicate. Vengeance
And deface. Vengeance
Deliverance. Vengeance
Unleash the vengeance in me

Atonement will force its wrath upon thee

Consume them. Vengeance
Destroy them.Vengeance
Atonement. Vengeance
Unleash the vengeance in me
Eradicate. Vengeance
And deface. Vengeance
Deliverance. Vengeance
Unleash the vengeance in me
Unleash the vengeance in me

Bled through humanity
Shatter their vanity
No more

Ulrich stated to Citizens of Humanity
"It definitely sounds like METALLICA. It's probably a little less frenetic than the last record. The last one [producer] Rick Rubin really encouraged us to for the first time be inspired by our past. It was the first time we sort of looked in the rearview mirror. This time around it's a little bit of a different thing. We're not working with Rick, we're working with the engineer from the last record, who's producing, Greg Fidelman. So there's some of the same production elements at play, but we're expanding a little bit on the sonics. It's probably a bit more of a diverse record than the last one. It's exciting, but I don't have quite the perspective yet. I think what's happened is our families and our domestic responsibilities are so important to us now, so we just have a new model. We're sort of constantly doing something but never to the point of the needle going in the red, but METALLICA really hasn't sort of shut down since around 2005, and it's a model that works for us. We never work at 110 percent to the point where we drive ourselves nuts, but are sort of constantly working at two-thirds, you know — when we make the record we're writing and we're recording, but we're doing it incrementally. There's always stuff going on. It's the way we like it. It keeps us engaged."

Ulrich told The Pulse Of Radio not long ago that METALLICA no longer wants to devote large chunks of time to any one project:
"You know, METALLICA, in order for it to be true and pure and honest, has to be fun," he said. "And so the days of, you know, writing for a year and then recording for a year and then going on the road for three years — those kind of endlessly long cycles — they're just behind us. I don't think we have the stamina to do anything for those elongated periods of time any longer."

Here is the review of the first song from Loudwire:
“Hardwired” is a punchy, concise track that opens with a barrage of snare rolls and chugging. Tearing into a breakneck pace, James Hetfield‘s energetic, choppy delivery harkens back to the band’s dominant ’80s sound and an undisputed riffing frenzy. Injecting fleet-fingered guitar fills, Metallica cram a lot of action into just three minutes, raising the intensity with furious double kicks that helped Lars make his name in metal drumming more than three decades ago.

Enough said, you need to listen to it yourself. Here is the video:
